One CSV, up to six agreed columns, one correction round. Delivery starts after the file, mapping and rules are agreed. You approve and perform any CRM import.

What you receive

  • A prepared CSV of candidate rows.
  • A review file identifying incomplete, conflicting or duplicate records.
  • A field-mapping guide and change log.
  • Your original file preserved for comparison.

Rules before merging

Two contacts sharing a phone number can be different people. If their emails differ, both remain separate and are flagged for review.

We agree the matching rule before a real job. Missing names, uncertain country codes and conflicting details are flagged rather than invented.

Original demonstration

Fifteen fictional contacts, with every row accounted for.

This example contains invented names, reserved example email addresses and demonstration phone numbers. It is not customer work or evidence of results.

Show the original fictional inputOriginal fictional source table, including leading zeros in IDs, inconsistent phone formats and two rows that share a phone number.

The fictional example uses an explicitly selected rule that matches identical contact fields across different source IDs. Real files hold distinct IDs for review by default until a matching rule is agreed. The original bytes and record counts were reconciled. Exported workbook values were checked for preserved ID zeros, phone prefixes, extensions and line breaks. No live CRM import or email/phone verification was performed.

A precise scope

The pilot covers file preparation using customer-authorized source data. No CRM login, importing, web research, contact enrichment, outreach or ongoing database management is included.

Format checks cannot prove an email or phone number belongs to someone or is reachable. Your CRM may have custom required fields; those need to be agreed in the mapping.
